Approximate Costs and Booking Guidelines

The guidelines below help assure that your Santa experience will be smooth and stress-free.

Fees

1.     Santa’s average rates range from $150 to $300 for the first hour (depending on your location, time and day of week), and $100 to $200 for each additional hour. Half hour visits for a small family are available on selected evenings for $75 to $200. Friday Evenings, Saturday and Sunday rates are slightly higher.
   

1.     On Christmas Eve, the fees for a one-hour visit range between $250.00 and $450.00 for the first hour, and $100 to $300 for each additional half-hour. A half-hour visit for a small family on Christmas Eve is $150 to $350.00.
   

1.     Fees quoted include mileage within a thirty mile radius of Cambridge, MA.  If the visit is outside of the thirty mile radius, additional fees for time and mileage may apply.
   

Deposits

1.     I must have a deposit of at least 50% in hand, before any booking is considered confirmed. To solidify your visit, please make a deposit of at least 50% using PayPal or by postal mail to Jonathan Meath.
   

Note:  All bookings are considered "tentative" and still "available"

unless secured by at least a 50%  deposit.

Postponing Events

1.     While I understand that circumstances may require that you reschedule an event, I must honor those clients who have previously scheduled my time first.
   

1.     If you have to reschedule let me know as soon as possible. If we can re-book the time from your cancellation, I will re-apply your deposit to the new date.
   

Refunds

1.     Deposits are not refunded unless I can recover the time with another client and only when there is sufficient notice.
